BASE ELIZABETH CITY AVIATION FUEL TESTING

Solicitation is for fuel testing at Air Station Elizabeth City located at 1664 Weeksville Road Elizabeth City, NC 27909. See attached Statement of Work. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 541380 and size standard of $19,000,000. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on AUG 18, 2026 via email to FRANK.M.POWERS@uscg.mil.
