    This NSN will be procured under a Simplified Indefinite Delivery Contract (SIDC) using FAR subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products.  A base period of 3 years and two separate 1-year option years with a total duration not to exceed 5 years are anticipated.

    Based on market research, this item is commercial and the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 13.5 for this solicitation. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. Solicitation Issue date is on or about Monday August 4, 2025, with the response date on or around Friday August 15, 2025. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.
