SOURCES SOUGHT(URGENT ACTION): The Pharmacy service at Providence VA utilizes BD equipment, servers and applications for medication dispensing, inventory management and IV compounding. This includes three major systems: (1) BD Pyxis, (2) BD Logistics, and (3) BD IV Prep. These systems are integrated with one another and with VISTA/CPRS. The Contractor shall provide onsite and remote service and support of both the hardware and software associated with all components of: (1) BD Pyxis, (2) BD Logistics and, (3) BD IV Prep systems located at Providence Veterans Affairs Medical Center (PVAMC), Rhode Island and outpatient clinics located in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. This procurement is for services and incidental supplies necessary to perform onsite and remote services and support for the BD Pyxis™, BD Logistics™, and BD IV Prep™ systems. All three of these sub-systems work together to interface with the BD Pyxis™ system. This system is designed to provide the VA with automated medication dispensing solutions along with pharmacy technologies.
