BEP IP CAMERA TRANSITION

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to issue a solicitation for a Brand Name Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and initial Call Order to include various Axis Communications IP Cameras and Equipment. The proposed ordering period for the BPA will be for a total of five (5) years, including a Base Period and Four (4) Option Periods. Each period will be a total of twelve (12) months. This acquisition will be performed using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures from FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 8. All BPA Call Orders will be Firm-Fixed Price.

The Brand Name Justification (BNJ) has been attached to this notice. The BNJ includes the list of parts that have been identified for this current action. All equipment required is manufactured by Axis Communications. Please note that this action is for materials only, no installation services will be included. If any other items are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately.

BEP does not possess the required capabilities in terms of labor, machinery, or materials to manufacture this equipment. Therefore, the Government has determined that this procurement can only be acquired from resellers of Axis Communications Cameras and Equipment.

This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. The applicable North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310, Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing with a corresponding Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. The applicable Product Service Code is 5836, Video Recording and Reproducing Equipment. Interested parties shall be registered under the NAICS code at www.SAM.gov.

This is not a requests for bids, quotes, or proposal. The estimated date of the release of the Request for Quotes (RFQ) is on or about October 2025. The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available through www.SAM.gov. All dates in this announcement are estimated and are subject to change. No other information will be available before the solicitation is posted.
