NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Internet Systems Corporation's Berkely Internet Name Domain’s (BIND) Silver Software with a Period of Performance of 9/11/22- 9/10/23 and 2 1-year optons of OY1 9/11/23- 9/10/24; OY2 9/11/24- 9/10/25.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for Internet Systems Corporation's Berkely Internet Name Domain’s (BIND) Silver Software. The resulting purchase order will be a sole source award for one base year with Period of Performance of 9/11/22- 9/10/23 and 2 1-year optons of OY1 9/11/23- 9/10/24; OY2 9/11/24- 9/10/25.
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency no later than 10:00 AM EST on 8 June 2022.
Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the contractor's capabilities and the ability to comply with above requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. All documentation and questions submitted will be forwarded to the Technical Point of Contact for evaluation.
