BFSU UTILITY - WATER AND SEWER SERVICES

The Billings Area Indian Health Services, intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Two Medicine Water.  The company shall provide water and sewer services to the Blackfeet Service Unit, Browning, Montana.

The current contractor, Two Medicine Water, is providing services through a Purchase Order contract established for Water and Sewer Services and has a base plus four (4) option years, beginning January 1, 2025. The purchase order will be in the amount of $49,980.00.

This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available. This synopsis is to give notice of the Government’s intent to make a sole source modification to an existing contract. Firms that believe they can provide Water and Sewer Services are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 7 days of the publication date of this notice. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.  Responses can be directed to Billings Area/Blackfeet Service Unit, Shannon Connelly, Purchasing Agent, Shannon.connelly@ihs.gov.  A determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.
