BLACK RIVER SYSTEMS NINJA SUPPORT AND WARRANTY EXTENSION

The 158th Fighter Wing, South Burlington, VT intends to award a single source contract to Black River Systems Company, Inc. for Ninja GEN2 System Annual Support and Hardware Warranty Extension under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), due to proprietary specialized equipment replacement.

Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing information describing their ability to provide the product listed above. A determination by the Government to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

Market research has not identified resellers of the NINJA Warranty and Support. Black River Systems Company is thus the only vendor capable of providing technical support on their proprietary system.
