BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA ) FOR CHILLER MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

The Commander’s Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) intends to award three Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for Maintenance and Repair of A/C Chillers to:

Daikin Applied America’s Inc. (Cage 3A3W3)

Brady Trane Services Inc. (Cage 1MK00)

Johnson Controls Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Inc. (Cage 66935)

The BPA’s are being awarded under the authority of FAR Part 13.303 and will be subject to FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

This BPA will have an ordering period of five (5) years.

Reason for Award:

After market research and a review of vendor capabilities, it was determined that the listed contractors offer the best value to meet the Governments’ needs based on technical expertise, qualifications and past performance.

This notice serves as public notification of the Government's intent to proceed with the BPA award and satisfies the posting requirements in accordance with FAR Part [Insert FAR citation].

1. This is NOT a solicitation or request for quotes/proposals. No responses are required or will be accepted to this notice.
2. The BPA will be awarded on or about March 1, 2026.
