BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR GAS ORDERING FOR RHD MORGANTOWN

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number for this requirement is 75D301-26-Q-78983 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) utilizing FAR Part 12 commercial acquisition procedures and FAR Part 13 simplified acquisition procedures.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), intends to establish one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the supply and delivery of contractor-owned compressed gas cylinders in support of laboratory operations at the NIOSH Morgantown Campus, Morgantown, West Virginia.

The formal Request for Quote is attached, interested vendors shall read the RFQ in its entirety and comply with the directions for submission of a quote.
