BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPE MATERIALS

*Offers will be evaluated based on lowest price, technically acceptable methodology*

Please furnish quotation to supply landscaping materials on an as-needed basis over the course of one year as described in Appendix B SOW.

Please review all applicable documentation and provide a proposal response no later than 2:00 PM CST October 24, 2025.

Within your proposal, please include the following:

• The ANL-70 RFQ, signed
• The ANL-70A reps and certs document, completed
• The PD-120 document, completed
• The Appendix C - Price Schedule, completed
• A current certificate of insurance

Any questions can be directed to the Contracting Officer. Please submit questions prior to EOD 10/22/2025.
