BLM-GAOA TRFO CANM MUSEUM INTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS

This is a pre-solicitation notice for solicitation planned release on August 4, 2025 with a closing date of September 4, 2025 . No bids, quotes or proposals are being accepted at this time. 1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work includes, but is not limited to; Replace basement ceiling luminaires, remove wallpaper and refinish walls, remodel theater, replace stairlift, replace urinals and toilets, and reconstruct restroom wall.

1.3 WORK SCHEDULE
Work shall be completed within 180 days of the Notice to Proceed. Work is not allowed on Federal holidays. Work shall occur Monday through Friday. Contract time will be paused, upon request, when snow or snowmelt prevents work at the project site.

Period of Performance: Work shall be completed within 180 days of the Notice to Proceed.


Rough Order of Magnitude - Between $250,000 and $500,000.


Pre-Bid Site Visit: A hosted site visit has not yet been scheduled. If interested, email the POC with your interest in the project and site visit along with your capability statement. A site visit will be scheduled after the solicitation is posted.
