BOILER PURCHASE

Solicitation FA448425Q0078 is a Request for Quote (RFQ).

Notice to Offeror. The Government reserves the right to cancel this purchase request, either before or after suspense date.  In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.  The contractor shall not request, nor will the Government make, payments for any preliminary quotes, time or cost incurred.

This requirement is solicited as a 100% total small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 332410 with a small business size standard of 750 Employees.

The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following minimum items:

Qty 1, Lochinvar Knight XL Commercial Condensing Heating Boiler - KBX0800N-M13 This is the preferred item, but any equivalent boiler system may be proposed.  However, it must be capable of operating in a cascade orientation with a Lochinvar Knight XL Commercial Condensing Heating Boiler in order to be considered an equivalent item. 

Qty 1, Pump assembley part number 100166406 is the preferred item, but any equivalent part capable of fulfilling the same form and function on the proposed equivalent boiler system may be considered. 

Qty 1, Low Water Cutoff Kit part number 100342953 is the preferred item, but any equivalent part capable of fulfilling the same form and function on the proposed equivalent boiler system may be considered. 

Pricing will be provided on your own company document.

The items need to be delivered to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ 08641 area. 

No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) assigned rating applies to this acquisition.
