This NAICS code size standard is $12,500,000.00. The Product Service Code (PSC) applicable to this requirement is J036, Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Special Industry Machinery. The tentative start date is 15 September 2025. If you are unable to meet the Period of Performance date, please submit soonest availability with submission of quotation. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the Award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-01, DFARS 11/25/2024, and NMCARS 18-25. Please note the following: The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-25-Q-1044 Quotes are due no later than 1400 HST on Tuesday, 26 August 2025 Quotes must be sent via email to both the primary and secondary points of contact. 52.212-1 Addendum: This Addendum provides quotation submission requirements and instructions. 52.212-2 Addendum: This Addendum provides evaluation factors that will be used to evaluate quotations. All Solicitation amendments, if any, must be acknowledged in offer submission. The Government may revise the solicitation at any time by means of an Amendment. It is an offerors responsibility to ensure it is accessing the Government Point of Entry (GPE) website, https://sam.gov/, to view potential amendments and procurement notifications for this solicitation. Labor, materials, tools, equipment and other direct costs shall be included. Contract award will be in accordance to 52.212-2 as stated in the solicitation.
