BOWLING SEATING PACKAGE

Subject: Amendment 0001 

1. The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate a new submission requirement and a corresponding evaluation factor.

2. Accordingly, the solicitation is amended as follows:

   A. In Section L, Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors, the following paragraph is hereby added:

   "Offerors shall submit at least one (1) clear, color picture of the exact bowling center seating model being proposed. The picture is a required part of the Technical Proposal and should be of sufficient detail to allow for visual assessment of the product's characteristics."

   B. In Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award, under the 'Technical Acceptability' factor, the following is hereby added:

   "The Government will evaluate the submitted product picture to visually verify that the proposed item appears to meet the key physical and aesthetic characteristics described in the Salient Characteristics. Proposals submitted without the required picture may be deemed technically unacceptable and may not be considered for award."

Please see attached documents. This is a NAF project the final delivery will be for Holloman AFB. Quotes must fit the requirement of bowling furniture.
