BPA - CT POWER INJECTOR CONSUMABLES

In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit in Shiprock, New Mexico, intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with GE Healthcare Inc (UEI: ZKN3LZ6VP556) for the following CT power injector consumable supplies:

The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one-year from the date of award with two options periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339112 - Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.

No further awards will be made unless the need for Shiprock Service Unit changes.

Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than August 5, 2025 at 10AM MDT (1000).  In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent.
