BRAND NAME CATERPILLAR INC. DAMPER PARTS

THIS IS A FIRM FIXED PRICE SUPPLY TYPE CONTRACT

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of Ship Repair Facility (SRF) Japan, is negotiating a BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF AN OEM CATERPILLAR INC. DAMPER PARTS REQUIRED FROM AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 9/18/2025 with a closing date on or about 9/21/25. The requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12, and 13 procedures. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on SAM.gov website: https://sam.gov/content/home/.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. Prospective offerors should register themselves on the SAM.gov website.
