BRAND NAME FLUKE NETWORKS TS25D TEST SETS

Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for a 100% total small business set aside requirment for Brand Name Fluke Networks TS25D Test Sets per the specifications in the attached solicitation.  This requirement is Brand Name Fluke Networks in order to be compatible with existing Fluke Networks TS25D test sets currently in use per the attached brand name justification.  Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, which will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Quotes wll be evaluated in accordance with RFO 12.203, the Government will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance.

The Government anticipates an award resulting from this solicitation on or about two (2) weeks following the solicitation closing due date, inclusive of any solicitation amendment(s).

Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to answer a question received regarding the specification (The required model of the TS25D is "FLU-25501109 TS25D TEST SET W/ BED OF NAILS & CALLER ID CALL WAITING" which is the same as "Fluke
Networks 25501109 TS25D Telephone Test / Butt Set with Earpiece & Pouch"). No further changes are made. POC for this
