This is an OPEN-MARKET Firm Fixed Price (FFP) RFQ combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and/or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
