The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation without discussions to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, represents the best value to the Government, price, delivery technical acceptability, past performance, and other factors considered in no particular order. QUESTIONS: Offerors may submit their questions regarding clarification of solicitation requirements by email to ashley.a.rollin.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 1 day before solicitation closing date and time. Any questions received after this deadline may not be answered. Anticipated Delivery Date: 16 MAR 2026 Shipping terms shall be: FOB Origin System for Award Management (SAM). Quoting vendors must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://sam.gov/. To be considered for this opportunity, all quotes shall be submitted in either Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheet or Adobe PDF. Each quote must clearly indicate the capability of the vendor to meet all specification requirements by submitting a specification sheet for each part and will be reviewed for acceptability by the Technical POC. Quotes shall be valid for sixty (60) days (at minimum). Quote packages SHALL contain the following information: 1. Official Company Name; 2. Point of contact including name, phone number and email; 3. Cage Code number. 4. Business size 5. Payment terms 6. Quoted pricing in line with the CLINs with FOB Origin shipping. Quote must reflect unit price, extended price, total amount and any associated lead time(s). 7. Brand name only - AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR letter or documentation from the OEM is required to be submitted with quote.
