    This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with
    FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement
    constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This
    is a REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (NOT A PURCHSE ORDER). The Government reserves the right to
    make award to the vendor whose offer conforming to this RFQ represents the overall price. Award will be
    made to single offeror. Incomplete quotes will be considered nonresponsive. Please respond to this RFQ by

    This will result in a brand name procurement for Monaco Enterprise, Inc. parts because the proposed equipment must be compatible with the existing Monaco BT-XM fire alarm transmitter system installed at Misawa Air Base, Japan.
