BRAND NAME ONLY -- NIKON CAMERA KITS AND ACCESSORIES

AMENDMENT 0001 to RFQ D-25-ST-0256: Please see attachment to this notice for details concerning questions received and the government's response. The closing date for submission of quotes has not changed. 

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-25-ST-0256 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) number. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Businesses Only (FAR 19.14). This solicitation is under NAICS 423410. Please see the attached documents for detailed requirement information.  All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. In accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1) Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Brand Name Only), the Government intends to issue a single firm-fixed priced (FFP) purchase order to the eligible, responsible offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Potential vendors will be screened for responsibility in accordance with FAR 9.104 and must be registered in SAM.gov in order to be considered responsive to this notice. Shipping Address: 10555 Furnace Rd., Lorton, VA 22079.

The quotes shall include the following information:

1. Company Name, Address, Phone Number
2. Company Name, Phone Number and Email of Authorized Representative
3. Company UEI and Cage Code
4. Quoted price for BRAND NAME ONLY items and shipping. Complete Attachment 1 Pricing Worksheet.
5. Delivery Date: (Note: The government’s anticipated Delivery Date: September 30, 2025
6. Confirmation price quote will remain valid for 30 days.
7. Confirmation your company is an authorized distributor or reseller for the BRAND NAME ONLY equipment.
8. Unique Requirement: Vendors shall confirm their understanding of packing and trash removal. The government’s expectation is that each kit is assembled and delivered in a backpack with components ready for use. There shall be no boxes (or interior filler) allowed or forwarded with the delivery to the government destination.

FAR 52.212-3, “Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Products and Commercial Services” (May 2022) Offerors must complete annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website located at https://www.sam.gov/portal in accordance with FAR 52.212-3, “Offerors Representations and Certifications–Commercial Items” or provide them with their quote. Any questions must be submitted in writing (no phone calls) no later than July 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM ET. The deadline for submission of quotes is August 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM ET. No late submissions (questions and/or quotes) will be considered.
