This amendment does the following:

1- confirms that all quotes must include installation as indicated in the B.3 Product Specifications section.

2- clarifies that installation must conform to all VA design requirements. Specifically, plumbing installation must conform to PG 18-10 – PLUMBING DESIGN MANUAL (added as Attachment 1). See Section 8 of this manual for additional details. Accordingly, plumbing must consist of brazed copper.

3- extends the solicitation deadline to 11 PM Central Daylight Time on Monday, 1 September to provide time for vendors to revise quotes as needed.
