Supervisor of Shipbuilding Newport News (SSNN) Code 413 Procurement has issued this solicitation, N6279325Q0006, as a Request for Quote (RFQ) to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures for BRAND NAME VIDMAR CABINETS.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332439, Other Metal Container Manufacturing.

This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit bids.  To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations.

The solicitation pricing on Unison Marketplace will end on 2025-09-22 15:00:00.0 Eastern Time.

The offeror shall provide a quote for each line item on Unison Marketplace Buy#1200169, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work that includeds VIDMAR Cabinet Configuration and Specification Listing and attached VIDMAR Specification Drawings.  This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and only name brand Vidmar cabinets will be accepted for this solicitation.

New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or “gray market” items.  All items must be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of Buy.

FOB Destination shall be GE Warehouse, 6701 College Drive, Suffolk, Virginia 23435.

No partial shipments are permitted, unless specifically authorized at the time of award.
