The project shall focus on advancing knowledge, technologies, or methodologies related to Great Lakes oil spill preparedness, response, alternative response measures, or fundamental science, as applicable to the themes identified in Broad Agency Announcement. The contractor is responsible for executing the tasks, milestones, and deliverables as outlined in their submitted proposal and including any subsequent clarifications to be incorporated in the Project Management Plan, as indicated by the GLCOE staff.
