This vehicle must conform to local Romanian safety and technical standards for easy maintenance and or repair at local dealerships, and for parts availability.

Offerors must be either the manufacturer, a manufacturer-authorized distributor or, a certified reseller of the proposed vehicle.

The vehicle should have EU specifications. Services, maintenance, and spare parts must be available in Bucharest area, Bucharest. Newly manufactured, latest model. Second-hand vehicles are not acceptable. Brand name parts readily available in Bucharest area, Romania.
