The scope consists of the replacing approximately 76,600 square feet (s.f.) of aged and deteriorating Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) and polyisocyanurate (ISO) insulation with new fully adhered single-ply EPDM membrane over new ISO insulation. The repair will extend the life and increase the energy efficiency of Building 333.
