It is the responsibility of the offeror to confirm receipt and ensure its offer, in its entirety, reaches the Army Contracting Command-Detroit, Anniston Army Depot (ANAD), before the time set for closing of the solicitation. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidder?s mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your proposal. All questions need to be submitted in writing via email to the point of contact no later than Tuesday, 19 May 2026 at 3:00 PM CST. The solicitation closes Monday, 1 June 2026 at 10:00 AM CST.
