THE BUILT-UP ROOFING IS TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH AN ASPHALT SHINGLE ROOF. EXISTING LIGHTNING PROTECTION IS TO BE REMOVED AND REINSTALLED UPON COMPLETION OF THE NEW ROOFING SYSTEM.
