NCRs proprietary FreShop(r) application is the current solution for DeCA eCommerce platform. This is a non-personal services contract to provide eCommerce bulk delivery of dry, chill and frozen grocery products via less than full truck load (LTL) to destinations within a 30-mile radius of the brick-and-mortar Commissary locations. Currently, 16 Commissary locations provide bulk grocery delivery orders for fresh foods to include dry, chill and frozen products. Over-time, additional commissary locations--up to 154 more--may begin using this bulk delivery service as their operational needs evolve. This expansion will build upon the existing 16 locations. DeCA will provide the contractor 30 days calendar notice for each new location beyond the original 16 locations. Unless otherwise stated herein, the Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform eCommerce bulk delivery services for dry, chill, and frozen grocery products from the brick-and-mortar commissary location to delivery location(s) within a 30-mile radius of the originating commissary. Delivery includes pick-up, transport, and drop-off of the grocery products. Currently, 16 Commissary locations receive bulk grocery delivery orders to include dry, chill and frozen products.
