C-5 RIGHT-HAND AND LEFT-HAND CENTER DRIVE UNITS (ACTUATORS)

Defense Logistics Agency (DLA-Weapons Support), Robins AFB, GA, 31098 will acquire for the USAF 409th SCMS the following NSN required for the C-5 Galaxy Aircraft:

-NSN: 1680-01-631-3650UC, P/N: 12688-14, Center Drive Units/Mechanical Actuators (Right Hand)

-NSN: 1680-01-631-3646UC, P/N: 12688-13, Center Drive Units/Mechanical Actuators (Left Hand)

SPRWA1-26-R-0022 will be a written request for an Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity contract for a max quantity of 10 each per ordering period (3 ordering periods total, equaling a max quantity of 30 each).

The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Honeywell International, Inc. (CAGE 59364) in accordance with RFO 6.103-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Drawings/Data are not available for this acquisition from the procuring activity for the items referenced above. However, all proposals received before closing date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.

The solicitation for this requirement is estimated to be posted on 22 April 2026.
