C-UAS FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (FSR)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to award a Cost Reimbursement type contract on a sole source basis with Sierra Nevada Company (SNC)  in Colorado Springs, CO. This contract is to provide Field Service Representation (FSR) services for Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) in support of the Ukraine Navy. These systems include the aircrafts, ground-based systems and airborne mission equipment, ground control stations, vehicles and mission systems.   FSRs include Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, other technical assistance and reach back support for various systems deployed in Eastern Europe under the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). Tasking will be performed both in the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). This action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis to Sierra Nevada Company under the authority permitting other than full and open competition, Title 10, U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other type of Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". SNC has the necessary accesses and experience required to fulfill the requirements of this effort within the critical fleet timeline.
