The award shall be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. Description of requirements: One (1) C2 Cleaning Line in accordance with Technical Specification VIBB 22-40-1004 dated 14 November 2024. Performance period/completion 300 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination, Initial Inspection will be at Origin, and Final Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is NAS North Island California. The complete technical data package VIBB 22-40-1004 including machine, Training, Technical Data, IUID Tags, Removal of Existing Machine, Installation, and Shipping requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation. A copy of the written solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/Solicitations.
