1. INTRODUCTION & SYNOPSIS

This announcement is a formal Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP) issued by the Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Theater Support Center (TSC) on behalf of the 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment, known as The Old Guard (TOG). This RPP seeks a sustainable, long-term solution by prototyping a new Caisson Wagon.

3. ELIGIBILITY

This RPP is open to all businesses. However, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. § 4022(d)(1)(B), an award may only be made if all significant participants in the transaction are small businesses or nontraditional defense contractors.
