CALIBRATION OF PR-740 AND ACCESSORIES

The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract to, SAFS, Inc., in Tacoma, WA 98405. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to perform services for brand name equipment. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses.

The Naval Medical Research Unit - Dayton (NAMRU-D) has a requirement for a contract on a sole source basis for the calibration of: A) PR-740 unit (S/N: 4712350; 0.25 single aperture) B) additional apertures (2) C) 75MM macrospecular lens D) reflectance standard (Model SR-3) E) Neutral Density lens (ND-740-1; S/N 74123501), and F) a 10-foot fiber.

The NAICS code for this action is 811210. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM).
