CALIBRATION SERVICES FOR LASER BORE INSPECTION SYSTEM & LINEAR VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT TRANSDUCER STARGAGING SENSORS (LBIS & LVDT SENSORS)

Sole Source Intent: The United States Army Mission Installation Contracting Command - Yuma Proving Ground (MICC-YPG), Yuma, Arizona, intends to negotiate a noncompetitive Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) requirements-type contract with Laser Techniques Company, LLC, 11431 Willows RD NE STE 100 Redmond, Washington 98502-3070 for a base and three option years service contract in primary support of the Metrology and Simulation (MET & SIM) Division at Yuma Proving Ground (YPG).The requirement is for a services contract for the calibration and maintenance services of LBIS and LVDT sensors and calibration rings. Laser Techniques Company, LLC, is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and owns all proprietary data and patent rights to this equipment. 

Laser Techniques Company, LLC, has the knowledge, experience, and capabilitiy to supply the required items. Related SAM.gov notice PANMCC-25-P-0000014425.  

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional releasing of guarded information, all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed requirement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
