Each Technical Proposal shall contain the completed Requirements Specification Matrix for 9 kHz to 3 GHz Signal Generators demonstrating how the contractors proposed equipment meets each of the Governments requirements specified for the item being acquired. Failure to provide the Requirements Specification Matrix will result in a disqualification of the proposal and will no longer be considered for selection. 5. Added the requirement to complete and submit the pricing spreadsheet in Section L, under PROPOSAL FILES, paragraph c, see Volume II Cost/Price: ? The Offeror MUST fill out attached pricing spreadsheet and return it completed. Failure to provide this pricing spreadsheet will result in a disqualification of the proposal and will no longer be considered for selection. 6. Added the requirement to complete and submit the specification matrix in Section M, Paragraph B ? Evaluating Factors, see Factor 1: Technical: ? Factor 1: Technical. Offerors shall submit a technical proposal that addresses their proposed equipment which meets each of the requirements stated on the document named Purchase Description for 9 kHz to 3 GHz Signal Generators dated 1 AUG 2024. Each Technical Proposal shall contain the attached Requirements Specification Matrix for 9 kHz to 3 GHz Signal Generators completed and demonstrating how the contractors proposed equipment meets each of the Government?s requirements specified for the item being acquired. Failure to provide this Requirements Specification Matrix will result in a disqualification of the proposal and will no longer be considered for selection. 7. Added the requirement to complete and submit the pricing spreadsheet in Section M, Paragraph B ? Evaluating Factors, see Factor 2: Cost/Price: ? Compliance with Section L Price: The Price proposal submitted by the Offeror will be evaluated for compliance based upon the submission requirements contained in the Section L Price instructions. Failure to provide the pricing spreadsheet will result in a disqualification of the proposal and will no longer be considered for selection. 8. Please submit the corrected solicitation with the Schedule filled in, the Pricing Spreadsheet with the shaded cells filled in, and the completed Specification Matrix (if you submitted the matrix, you do not have to resubmit; however, you may want to review and resubmit it). The Verification/Aln Hrdwre and Verification/Aln Sftwre line items (XXX5 and XXX6) may be included in the price, may be a one-time cost, or may be individual costs. ? If the line item is included and no additional price, please note ?included? in Column C, Price. ? If the line item is a one-time all-inclusive price, please change the quantity to one in Column B (0005 and 0006) and enter the price in Column C, Price. Then, price the remaining years at zero or ?included?.? If the line item is an individual cost per unit, please leave the quantity as it is and enter the price in Column C, Price.
