*** This is a pre-solicitation notice in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 5.101 and is not a request for proposals. This notice does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposal, or commitment by the Government. No contract will be awarded from this announcement, and all information is subject to modification and is in no way binding on the Government.***

1. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, 409th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Regional contracting Office (RCO), Camp Bondsteel, is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to inform potential offerors of an upcoming requirement from qualified vendors for the supply and delivery of a rotary screw air compressor that meets or exceeds the specifications outlined in this Pre-solicitation.

2. Scope of Work

A rotary screw air compressor with specifications as defined in Section 3
A minimum 24-month warranty on the unit
Delivery to Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo

3. Technical Specifications

The air compressor must meet or exceed the following requirements:
