The contractor shall: . Provide, deliver and install a new concrete vault toilet building
that meets the following requirements:
o Two separate handicap accessible restrooms with lockable doors
o Storage space provided with lockable door
o Durable, maintenance free materials.
. Provide all earthwork including excavation for vaults, removal of any foreign materials
from the pit, backfill with proper compaction
. Install and orient building such that vent pipes absorb sufficient heat from the sun and
such that prevailing winds carry odors away from camp sites
.Clean up site to pre-construction conditions. Remove and dispose of all debris including
unused soil off government property.
.Provide 1-Year labor and materials warranty.
