Specifications for Grills and Fire Rings

Standard Grills

Each grill shall be constructed from a minimum of 7-gauge, 3/16-inch-thick steel and coated with high-temperature, non-toxic black enamel paint.
Grills shall be designed to rotate 360 degrees on a theft-proof swivel attachment, compatible with a minimum 3.5-inch outside diameter (OD) post.
The grills shall be of welded construction, utilizing a continuous weld.
Grill grates shall be adjustable and constructed from a minimum of 0.5-inch diameter bars, with attached handles made from a minimum of 5/8-inch diameter steel.
Each grill shall come with a coated (painted or galvanized) post, minimum 42 inches long, compatible with the above specifications.
The minimum cooking surface area shall be 300 square inches.

Fire Rings

Dimensions: Minimum 30-inch diameter, not to exceed 32 inches, and minimum 8 inches high, not to exceed 10 inches.
Each fire ring shall be constructed from a minimum of 3/16-inch thick steel, with a continuous design.
No grate is required.
All fire rings shall be coated with black, heat-resistant, non-toxic paint.
