Garfield. (CJAG) 8451 State Route 5 (Main Gate) Ravenna, Ohio 44266 Quotes must comply with the requirements set forth in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Responsible offers must include sufficient information (i.e., menus, licenses and certifications) that allow the OHARNG to determine whether they meet the necessary minimum requirements. Failure to submit sufficient product information may result in the rejection of your quote. Offers must include sam.gov cage code and accurate POC information in order to be considered. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 722320. The small business size standard is $9,000,000.00 This award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The award will be made on the basis of cost in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 13.106 (b)(3) insofar as the low offer meets the requirements set forth in the PWS. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency (FAR 5.207(c)(i)). Proposals are due by 4:00 pm (EST) 22 May 2025. Respondents to this Request for Quote (RFQ) must be registered in SAM. You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process.
