This requirement is for the 9th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) at Beale Air Force Base (BAFB) requires regularly scheduled inspection, maintenance, and repair services for cathodic protection systems installed on nine (9) water storage tanks across the installation. This preventative service is essential to mitigate corrosion, thereby preventing leaks, water contamination, and structural failures that could cause significant damage to mission-essential infrastructure. Properly maintained cathodic protection systems are critical for preserving the structural integrity of the bases water supply and distribution network. Neglecting this required maintenance can lead to accelerated corrosion, resulting in unexpected tank failures, costly emergency repairs, and potential disruptions to the water supply that could impact mission-critical activities. (iv). Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point is identified in Attachment 1 - Solicitation, Under Deliveries or Performance Schedules. Place of Contract Performance: Beale AFB, CA; Period of Performance: 01 August 2026 to 31 July 2027. (v). The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and the specific evaluation criteria to be included is identified in Attachment 1. (vi). Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer.
