The US Embassy Dar Es Salaam wishes to solicit your proforma cost estimate to supply CCTV camera system as per the statement of work. The government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable quotation at the lowest price.

A site visit will be held on August 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at 9 Toure residence in Dar es Salaam. Please send no more than two names of attendees to email DarProcurementBid@state.gov  not later than August 08, 2025. at 10:00 a.m. Dar es Salaam local time to arrange access to the compound.

Quotations are due by August 28, 2025. at 05:00 p.m. East Africa time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.

Please submit your quotation electronically to DarProcurementbid@state.gov in MS Word 2016/365, MS Excel 2016/365, or PDF format. Each email, including attachments, must not exceed 30MB. If your files are larger than 30MB, please split them into multiple emails, ensuring each email with its attachments is under the 30MB limit.

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

2. Section 13, Price

3. Section 6 CCTV Equipment

4. Additional information as required in Section 7

5. Proof of SAM Registration

6. DBA Insurance proforma invoice

Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission will deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given.
