CELLEBRITE SOFTWARE LICENSURE

The Indiana National Guard Contracting Office - intends to award a sole source procurement to Cellebrite Inc., 8065 Leesburg Pike, Suite T3-302 Vienna, VA 22182 USA for upgrade to Inseyets Online Pro, Inseyets Pro UFED Subscription, Inseyets Pro PA Subscription, Inseyets Online Limited Unlocks subscription. The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1; Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Cellebrite Inc. is the only known source that is an authorized vendor who can provide these exact units.

This is not a formal solicitation, nor is this synopsis considered a request for proposals or quotations. No solicitation document is available, and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice but will be used to determine if a comparable source or offerors are more advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative response is received, the procurement will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
