The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those listed under Government furnished), and incidentals necessary to complete the work as specified. The regular cleaning services will be performed at frequencies determined by the Government. The quantity of office furniture or utilization of floor space is subject to change during the contract period. Performance shall be based on the Governments evaluation of the results.
