Description

1) DPEZ 252207 Building 31
It is our intent to obtain funding for the roof as soon as possible and as soon as funds are available. This roof needs repair. Drawings depicting the original design sections for the roofs are attached to this solicitation and can be used as a general overview of the existing roof structure. The work entails remediating existing roof failures, which include removing and replacing existing roof materials and re-roof with Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (SPF) roof system. The contractor must protect all existing roof-top components such as, but not limited to, HVAC units, antennas, and appurtenances. Specifications for the SPF are also included with this solicitation. All demolished material becomes property of the contractor and must be removed and disposed of in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. See attached Statemnet of Work (SOW) for complete details of requirement.
