This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number W50S8N-25-Q-A020, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, and is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2025-03 effective 3 Jan 2025). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 333112 and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees.  The proposed acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses.
