The HVAC system at CFA-1609 is critical to maintaining environmental control and operational reliability. Due to frequent failures and aging infrastructure, BEA recommends full replacement of the system. Work summary will include: Removal of existing electrical support equipment, air handling unit, HVAC condensing units, ductwork, and associated refrigerant piping Installation of new electrical support equipment Installation of a 15-ton fan coil, 15-ton condensing unit, compressor, and associated refrigerant piping and controls 3. PROCESS This EOI is the first step in identifying interested and qualified vendors. Responses may be used to inform the development of a formal solicitation list.
