1. The parking lot and surrounding infrastructure at CFA-608/609 require replacement due to aging surfaces and outdated components. The contract is subdivided into three zones, with the intent to award at least Zone 1, and optionally Zones 2 and/or 3 as funding permits. Work summary will include: Replacement of asphalt parking lot and sidewalks Installation of new canopies, gutters, downspouts, and heat trace Installation of new exterior light fixtures Installation of new engine block heater and panel Minor landscaping work 3.
