Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking sources to determine if there are potentially qualified U.S Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), Service Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone Small Business, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) and/or Small Business (SB) that are capable of providing Chefs Clothing as described in the DRAFT DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT (DOR) provided as an attachment along with the seal and color guide for the embroidery. A firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order for Chefs Clothing. The potential North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) Code is 315210 cut and sew apparel contractors. Submission Requirements: Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following: 1) Contractor Information: Provide your company name, address, POC name, phone number, email, CAGE code, DUNS number and NAICS. 2) Size of business - Large Business or Small Business. If small please provide the socioeconomic status. 3) If the supply can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or Open market. 4) A brief description of the capability, resources, technical competencies and organizational experience relative to the key task areas. Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the Draft DOR will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s).
