The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit (GSU), located in Tohatchi, New Mexico 87325 intends to negotiate a sole source award with Roche Diagnostic Corporation for Chemistry equipment on Integra 400 plus. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 334516 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.

Period of Performance is a Base plus 4 Option Years.

In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), for purchases exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available (e.g. urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization). Roche Diagnostics Corporation provides equipment to accomplish the mission objective of providing adequate lab testing equipment to provide direct patient care.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any potential sources other than Roche Diagnostic Corporation may submit a capability statement via electronic email by 8:00 AM MST on November 4, 2025. Any other form of communication will not be considered. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition or proceed with a single-source award.
